Mario Pinedo Hernandez

Mario supports Texas Contract Floors as an Estimator, performing takeoffs and helping clients select the right products for their projects. His role strengthens TCF's estimating process while keeping client relationships at the center of every job.
He brings construction field experience as a Project Assistant Superintendent at Baxter Contracting, where he supervised job site operations, coordinated subcontractors, and managed daily workflows to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Before entering construction full-time, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University and spent time as a teacher and coach, developing his communication and leadership skills. His background also includes hands-on carpentry work through summers of residential and commercial construction projects. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Outside of work, Mario stays active through basketball, pickleball, and time at the gym. He lives in New Braunfels with his fiancée and enjoys everything the area has to offer, from floating the river to exploring downtown. The two love to travel together and have visited Florida, Las Vegas, Nashville, and Los Angeles.
