Isaias oversees warehouse operations for Texas Contract Floors, ensuring materials are received, organized, and prepared accurately for installation teams. He manages inventory flow, coordinates with vendors and project managers, and supports the scheduling needs of the field by keeping product movement efficient and reliable.
He began his career with TCF working alongside his older brother and later spent many years as a carpet and vinyl installer. In 2009, he transitioned into the warehouse, where he took on responsibilities as both a seller and administrator. Over the past 16 years, Isaias has contributed across multiple areas of the business.
