Brent Greuter is the Owner and President of Texas Contract Floors, Inc. He leads the company's overall strategy and oversees operations, sales, financial oversight, personnel, and subcontractor management. He is known for his steady, hands-on leadership style and for maintaining high standards around execution, accountability, and communication across every phase of a project.
His career in the flooring industry spans decades and began at Texas Contract Floors in the late 1980s, where he worked in warehouse operations and inside sales. He built experience across manufacturing, wholesale, and outside sales — working closely with architects, designers, builders, and construction teams — then returned to TCF in the mid-1990s as General Manager and acquired the company in 2004.
Outside of work, Brent is deeply committed to family, personal integrity, and long-term stewardship. He has been married to his wife Rebecca for over 30 years and is a devoted father to their son, Gabriel. He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in business leadership and is ABD (All But Dissertation).
