Kevin oversees regional operations for Texas Contract Floors, drawing on more than 14 years of experience in large-scale construction management. He has led projects ranging from $1M to $75M — scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and field oversight.
Before entering construction, Kevin served as an air traffic controller in the U.S. Navy, where precision, discipline, and situational awareness were non-negotiable. Those standards continue to shape his work at TCF — steady execution, clear communication, and operational accountability.
Kevin has worked with Brent and the TCF team since 2017 and stepped into a formal leadership role in 2025.
